This diet was amazing. My energy levels have increased and I have seen tightening of the skin around my stomach. I appreciate the special care and attention that Dr. Azoulay as given me and I would highly recommend her diet to anyone. I can't put a price on actually waking up 30 days later, and seeing a completely different body in the mirror - it is unreal. I found that it was a little bit tough at the beginning, but after the first week it was easy. You can eat healthy food, and it can still taste really good!

I can't tell you how much I have cried to Dr. Azoulay at how I can finally play with my kids, go running, and hiking, and how I feel! As a man in the force and single haha I needed something to get me in shape. I now have the 6 pack and everything, lost 25 pounds of fat, and gain 15 pounds of muscle (in a 6 month period). But the shots really made me lean, and I think the real difference here is her care and monitoring of the program. You will lose weight either way, but the stricter you are the more you will lose. I will be coming back every 3 months for maintenance of bio identical hormones, and maybe do the HCG again, but I don't think I will need it.
